Dear Valued FedEx® Customer:

Please be advised of the following temporary service interruptions:

Production environment update

Due to routine maintenance updates to the FedEx production environment, there will be a temporary service interruption on Saturday, May 23 from 9 p.m. CDT to 1 a.m. CDT Sunday, May 24, 2009. Customers using FedEx Web Services, FedEx Ship Manager® API and FedEx Ship Manager® Direct solutions will be unable to process transactions within all services.

If you are using FedEx for the realtime rates in your store we recommend that you ensure you have at least one backup rate so that customers can continue to checkout even while FedEx is undergoing their routine maintenance.

Bandwidth Limits Increased

StoreSecured has negotatiated reduced bandwidth rates from our webhost and we are now able to pass those savings onto our customers.

The amount of bandwidth included for free with all store packages has been doubled.

Overage fees are reduced as follows:

Old Bandwidth Subscription Fee: $15 for 5GB

Old Bandwidth Overage Fee:  $5 per GB

New Bandwidth Overage Fee: $3 per GB

If you wish to change your bandwidth subscription based on these new fees or included bandwidth please submit a support request.

We will slowly be adding this help to all pages.  If help is available you will see the blue question mark graphic.  To view the inline help click on the blue question mark graphic.  This will open up the help window.  To close the help window either click on the help graphic again or click on the X at the top of the window.  Help includes a description of the field and what it is used for as well as whether or not the field is required, an example value and any restrictions on the field.
