New inline help added to the pages below:

- General–>Cart Settings
- General–>Checkout Settings
- General–>Statistics Settings
- General–>Payments–>Fraud Control
We will slowly be adding this help to all pages. If help is available you will see the blue question mark graphic. To view the inline help click on the blue question mark graphic. This will open up the help window. To close the help window either click on the help graphic again or click on the X at the top of the window. Help includes a description of the field and what it is used for as well as whether or not the field is required, an example value and any restrictions on the field.
