We have introduced another variable OBJ_WISH_LIST_TEXT_OBJ for displaying “Add to Wishlist” and “View Wishlist” link/text next to wishlist heart symbol. In smaller layouts, you have a choice to use only OBJ_WISH_LIST_OBJ variable for displaying heart symbol only due to the limited space. However, in larger layouts you can also use OBJ_WISH_LIST_TEXT_OBJ in addition to OBJ_WISH_LIST_OBJ variable for displaying both the heart symbol and link/text.
These variables can also be used in Mobile Site Layouts by editing your mobile site layouts from Design > Mobile Site Settings page.
