FedEx Scheduled Service Interruptions

Dear Valued FedEx Customer:

Please be advised that there will be temporary service interruptions in January 2009 due to system updates and our quarterly corporate load. Customers using FedEx Web Services, FedEx Ship Manager® API and FedEx Ship Manager® Direct solutions within our test and production environments will experience outages.
The FedEx test and production environment is scheduled to be unavailable during the following service interruptions:

Saturday, Jan, 3, 2009: Tracking services will be unavailable beginning 9 p.m. CST until 11 p.m. CST.

Saturday, Jan. 10, 2009: Rating, shipping, account validation, dispatch and tracking services will be unavailable beginning at 9 p.m. CST until 1 a.m. CST on Sunday, Jan. 11, 2009.

Saturday, Jan. 17, 2009: All systems and services will be interrupted beginning at 9 p.m. CST until 3 a.m. CST on Sunday, Jan. 18, 2009.

Please ensure that your appropriate team members are aware of these temporary service interruptions.
