This is to update you that we have integrated the latest version of USPS (United States Postal Service) API in our system. After this change, the shipping rates which were not getting returned in the older version of USPS API have started appearing now (Especially the “First-Class International Package Service” shipping option for international shipments).
Note: The First-Class International Package Service rate is only applicable for the international orders having shipping weight up-to 4 pounds.
We strongly recommend you to verify USPS shipping options on your website. You can hide some unwanted shipping methods by adding their names in Restricted Shipping Methods box (shown below) under the Realtime Shipping section of Shipping Settings page.
