This is to update you that our technical team has integrated the latest API of UPS shipper. UPS realtime rates have started appearing in the shipping methods lists as well as in Shipping Estimator. We really appreciate the patience that you showed up when UPS realtime rates were not available. We strongly recommend you to keep the realtime backup rates in place because the backup rates only appear in shipping methods list when there is no realtime rate available for customers at the time of checkout. This way your customers will be able to complete the checkout process successfully.
