Beginning Friday October 4, 2013 at 8:30 PM Pacific Daylight Time all of the StoreSecured servers will be taken offline to be moved to a new facility. They will be back online no later than Saturday October 5, 2013 at 2:30 AM Pacific Daylight Time.
During the maintenance all StoreSecured services will be offline and unreachable. This includes email, ftp, stores and the manage interface. Our hosting provider,RackSpace, is shutting down the data center that our servers currently reside in and moving them to a newer data center. They have been migrating devices for several months and now our turn is coming. The servers will be turned off, moved to the new data center location and turned back on there. You will notice no difference once the servers are moved except for the temporary downtime during the move. Our Facebook, Twitter, Blog and Help Center are hosted offsite and will still be available during the downtime and will be utilized to keep you up to date on any relevant status updates.
We will post additional notices as the maintenance window gets closer.
