The manage server, ie http://manage.storesecured.com is currently unreachable. All stores, sites and other services are operating as normal. We are in contact with our host Rackspace currently to determine what is happening and get it corrected as soon as possible. We expect restoration of the manage service very shortly. We have no further information at this time.
Update 3:39pm PST–Service Restored
Service to the manage server is now restored following a power cycle to the server. We experienced a downtime of approximately 20 minutes for the back end management service only. Please note that during this downtime for the manage server all stores continued to operate as normal with no downtime.
