Recently Viewed Items allows you to show your visitors the items they’ve previously viewed on your site as they move around your site. This is useful for increasing your sales by showing customers the things that interest them most. It caters to customers who frequently revisit the same page before making a purchase, offering a more efficient way to revisit product pages without backtracking through multiple pages.
You can show the recently viewed items on individual product pages, departmental list pages, cart page, homepage, search page, and receipt page. You can activate or deactivate this feature from General > Other settings page.
