Transport Layer Security (TLS), like Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), is an encryption protocol intended to keep data secure when being transferred over a network. Since there were some stores that were still on TLS1.1, we have upgraded them to TLS1.2 or higher versions. TLS 1.2 is more secure than the previous cryptographic protocols such as SSL 2.0, SSL 3.0, TLS 1.0, and TLS 1.1.
It was a system upgrade to stop supporting TLS1.1 connections and activate TLS1.2 or higher TLS versions for the merchants that were still using the old TLS1.1 version. There is no action required at your end.
