This evening just past midnight PST there will be a scheduled downtime of approximately 30-60 minutes.  This downtime will affect only the admin interface, ie for managing stores, and the ftp server.  All stores will operate as normal during this time.

If you attempt to login to the admin interface to manage your store or ftp during this time you will receive an error.  Please note that we need to upgrade a piece of hardware on this server so it will be physically offline.

Scheduled maintenance will be performed Sunday August 7th at 9:00pm pacific time. The maintenance will consist of database updates and internal security enhancements and will last approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour.

During maintenance the sites and manage area will show the user a maintenance message asking them to return after the maintenance is complete.

The planned maintenance database and internal security updates were successfull completed earlier this evening with a minimum amount of downtime for all sites.

The mailserver downtime was delayed due to some network delays and is currently in progress. We are sorry for the delay in starting this part of the maintenance. The mailserver downtime did begin at approximately 11:00pm PST and was completed just after midnight PST. Please note that this planned downtime will not cause any lose of mail, only the inability to retrieve that mail for a short period of time. Now that service is restored, mail that was sent/received during the scheduled outage will be on its way with a possible short delay.

If you experience any connection problems to the mail once service is restored this may be due to a cached DNS setting, to get around it you can temporarily connect from an alternate address like mail2.storesecured.com or using the ip address of 184.106.184.115 in place of any references to mail.storesecured.com. NOTE: we only recommend this workaround as a temporary solution if you are unable to connect using the regular mailserver information.

Scheduled maintenance will be performed Friday January 21st at 9:00pm pacific time. The maintenance will consist of database updates, a mailserver upgrade, and internal security enhancements and will last approximately 1 hour.

During maintenance the sites may periodically show the user a maintenance message asking them to return after the maintenance is complete.

The mailserver will be temporarily unavailable for connections during the mailserver upgrade. Mail login and sending of new messages will not be allowed during the upgrade, however all incoming mail will still be collected for later retrieval.

Scheduled maintenance will be performed Saturday October 2nd at 9:00pm pacific time. The maintenance will consist of a database update and will last approximately 30 minutes. During the maintenance all sites will show a message asking the user to return after the maintenance is complete. During this time mail and ftp services will continue to operate as normal.

The store admin area and all websites will be in maintenance mode. Email and ftp services will be operating as normal during this time.

What will be done during the maintenance?
We will be upgrading and performing regular maintenance on the database servers and upgrading the email servers.

StoreSecured will be conducting scheduled maintenance this saturday evening June 19th at 11pm. Details are below:

Date: June 19th
Timeframe: 1-2 hours

What will customers see?
Any customers who come to your store during this time will see a maintenance message asking them to return in 1-2 hours.

What will be unavailable?
The store admin area and all websites will be in maintenance mode. Email and ftp services will be operating as normal during this time.

What will be done during the maintenance?
We will be upgrading and performing regular maintenance on the database servers.

StoreSecured will again be performing maintenance on our database server Friday 1/8 at 9:00pm PST.   We expect this maintenance to last approximately 1 hour.  We will be upgrading the database server with new hardware.

There will be no changes to the interface as a result of this maintenance.

During the maintenance all sites and the admin area will show a maintenance message.  All email and ftp will continue to operate as normal.

StoreSecured will be performing maintenance on our database server Wednesday 12/23 at 9:00pm PST.   We expect this maintenance to last between 30 mins and 2 hours.  We will be restarting the database server to apply several operating system updates and also performing physical maintenance on the server.

There will be no changes to the interface as a result of this maintenance.

During the maintenance all sites and the admin area will show a maintenance message.  All email and ftp will continue to operate as normal.
